The range is $85,500 to $158,500 depending on a few variables. This range encompasses everything you need to open your Link Franchise Office including the franchise fee (see below), the training deposit, the recommended liquid capital, and the amount needed to set up your office. |

Yes. We will franchise single units, depending on your goals, but Link's philosophy is to award a larger territory to allow you to grow your business into multiple Link locations. |

No, as long as the location is within your designated market area. If the time is right and you wish to entertain a new franchise market, and the location of interest is available, there will be a franchise fee applied to that new market area with a new franchise agreement. Your Link business must be in good standing in order to qualify for a new market area. |

REQUIREMENTS

In the beginning of the process, we will assess your background, experience, vision, values, and overall personal and professional goals. These aspects must be compatible along with your financial ability, to be considered for a Link franchise. |

Once your qualifications are assessed, Link will invite you to Houston for an Interview Day and a Research Day. The Interview Day will be your time to meet with various department heads and support personnel to ask questions and get a better sense of what Link is about. We award Link franchise licenses so your Interview Day will be discussed between members of the Selection Committee. Your Research Day will involve field visits to the corporate-owned Link locations in Houston and also to visit nearby franchisees if the opportunity is available. |
