Bill Pitts
Co-CEO

Bill Pitt's career in the temporary staffing industry began in 1970, when he became the general manager of a Houston location of a national industrial temporary staffing company. Within five years, Bill had developed the struggling Houston office into the most profitable location in the country.

Bill left the industrial staffing business in 1976 to launch American Medical Personnel Services, a group of medical staffing offices and home health care agencies. In 1982, Bill sold American Medical Personnel, which during his tenure, had expanded to seven offices in five states with annual revenues of $6 million, to concentrate full-time on LINK Staffing Services.

Under his leadership, LINK Staffing Services has received many impressive honors. As a franchisor, LINK has received numerous awards and recognitions over the years from the franchise community, including recent national rankings in Black Enterprise magazine (Top 30 Franchises 2006), National Minority Franchise Initiative (2007), All Business All Star Franchise (2009) and G.I. Jobs Military Friendly Franchise (2010). LINK has also been ranked nationally in Entrepreneur Magazine's prestigious Franchise 500 list for the last five years in a row, moving up the list an impressive 77 points from 2009 to 2010. Bill frequently publishes articles for industry publications and contributes his time to many volunteer activities including the Greater Houston Partnership and the CEO Roundtable.

Karen Pitts
Co-CEO

In 1976, Karen Pitts launched a start-up staffing company, Nurses PRN Inc., which grew to include eight offices in six states in its first three years. She then joined her husband, Bill Pitts, to build LINK Staffing Services into a national company providing staffing and productivity solutions to businesses and industries.  Karen provides strategic, financial, marketing, and operational leadership for all LINK divisions. Karen continues to dedicate her experience and support to LINK enabling the company to maintain its operational excellence.

Karen stays active in many industry organizations. Karen has previously served as President of both the Texas Association of Staffing and the National Staffing Association, the nation's largest staffing trade association. Karen serves on the advisory boards of Goodwill Industries, Chantal Cookware and is active in The Committee of 200 and the Greater Houston Partnership.

Frank Mastalski
President / COO

Frank Mastalski joined LINK in February 2000 as the Regional Vice President and has progressed into the role of President/COO of LINK. Frank's primary responsibility is for the strategic direction of LINK, which includes the national franchise and corporate development. Additionally, he works to ensure compliance with LINK's policies, and the smooth operation of both franchise and corporate offices. Through Frank's tenure with LINK, he has had direct responsibility for the growth of individual franchise as well as corporate offices and the implementation of LINK's programs and policies.

Prior to LINK, Frank has 20 years of staffing and franchising experience. He spent 19 years with Norrell Staffing Services as Vice President of Norrell's Accounting Staffing Division from December 1998 to July 1999 and Vice President of their Franchise Division from April 1989 to December 1998.

Greg Mabry
CFO

Greg Mabry was recently appointed to the CFO postion. Prior to coming to LINK, Mabry was previously with MMI Products, Inc. where he first served as Treasurer for the parent company before being named as the CFO for Merchants Metals, their largest division, in 2004.  As CFO, Mabry helped the company to refocus the organization and implement new strategies to increase profitability. Greg's career also includes various financial leadership positions for companies that include International Paper Company, Mitchell Energy & Development, and Conoco Chemicals Company. Greg has a BSBA in Accounting from Henderson State University and is also a certified public accountant.

Michelle Bearden
Vice President of Franchise Operations

Michelle Bearden has been LINK's Vice President of Franchise Operations since July 2010. She served as LINK's National Franchise Support Manager from August 2007 and LINK’s Operations Manager from July 2001 until August 2007.

Kathryn Mujezinovic
Vice President of Business Development

Kathryn Mujezinovic has been LINK's Vice President of Business Development since July 2010. She served as LINK's Director of Business Development since January 2010, and LINK’s Operation's Manager from August 2007 until January 2010.

Faith Daniels
Vice President of Company Operations

Faith Daniels has been Vice President of Company Operations since July 2010. She has been a LINK franchisee since 2006 and served as LINK's Director of Risk Management from September 2001 until September 2006.
